Do you find swimming to be more effective than the gym? - swimming aerobics

I started aerobics swimming last summer, and I loved it! It is new and different, without ever being boring and shows results for my body type ... And it gives me immedietly pain the next day. I really do not want to lose weight, you just want to tone. My targeted areas are the stomach, obliques and my back and I hope to get my booty stringent.

If you are a training, swimming or running or cycling a day 3 times per week. The days are aerobic, with small weights and do 3 sets of 10 repetitions of the exercises .... whether or not so much for an hour or more in gymnastics. The reason is because the water was up to U, so it is not so hard for U in the water than on land. but if u do not swim for a long time then u could make up for it.
